Welcome to Finding Wisdom Counselling
Offering both in person and online counselling, Finding Wisdom Counselling aims at providing supportive and compassionate counselling to help you explore your issues and strengthen or develop new coping skills and resources.
Sometimes life changes without warning, other times you have been struggling for the longest time and you need someone who can truly listen.
Life, family and work demands can put a lot of pressure on us leaving us feeling like we are struggling to cope. The accumulation of stress can contribute to the onset of depression and anxiety, getting in the way of you living your best life.
In some instances, our own sense of self and worth is impacted by adverse childhood experiences. In these cases, counselling can provide a way to safely explore difficult emotions allowing you to understand, make meaning and process those past events.
Counselling can help you by allowing you to move to a more hopeful place, regain a sense of control over your own life and bring about a renewed sense of liveliness.

Clinical Supervision
Clinical Supervision is essential to
support counsellors and ensure the quality of their work. While
professional supervision is a requirement for registered counsellors, it is
important to find the right supervisor to suit your specific needs. Contact me
