Clinical Supervision
Clinical supervision can help support your wellbeing as well as provide oversight and support from another clinician. Supervision is central to the process of counsellor training, and an important element of professional practice.
While professional supervision is a requirement for registered counsellors, it is important to find the right supervisor to suit your specific needs. Contact me so we can discuss if I can be of assistance.

I am a PACFA Registered Counsellor and I work with a range of therapeutic approaches. I am committed to understanding exactly what each person wishes to change and finding the best possible fit. I draw my process from acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy and narrative therapy.
